THE QUEST FOR TRUTH

When we seek the knowledge of self, we are in the Quest for Truth and then we would understand and appreciate within our Self that the human mind can penetrate the profundity of the Truth, discover its rational proof through reason and devotion of purpose. The existence of the Truth is the Holy Cause by itself and yet it is one thing that alone is from itself and that causes all other things to be. Everything depends on the Truth. For example, if you were told that a virgin gave birth to a child. It is only the Truth that can guide you either to believe or not to believe. That is why, the Truth is eternal and supreme. Therefore, the Truth is distinct from the One Creator of the universe and yet the Truth is inseparable from the creation of the universe and its rational order.

The essence of the human mind is to know the Truth; but it does not always know the Truth without following the Divine Plan of the One Creator of the universe. It is without any doubt that the human mind is capable of knowing the Truth; but its knowing is only possible through the devotion of purpose to the supreme principle of creation. What this means is that the human spirit is born in the world of Ekwensu without any knowledge of the Truth, but with the possibility for the knowledge of the Truth. In the world of Ekwensu, the human spirit is born with the bodily senses with which we can perceive sensible objects externally and the capacity to retain images of objects in the memory through imagination. At the same time, the human spirit is born in the world of Ekwensu with the capacity for thought and the potential power to discover the Truth, beginning from the sense objects to the abstraction of the universals in individual things.

What we know about the Truth must begin in what can be verifiable by the bodily senses and yet it is not limited to what the senses can know. The Truth being Pure Thought cannot be fully grasped with the objects of our sense experience because it is pure act and free from Nsi. When the mind is obsessed with the sense objects, it becomes limited to the objects of our sense experience which cannot derive their existence from themselves and are by their nature inconsistent with the Truth, for the Truth must guide reason as the Cause by itself. The inclination towards the search for the Truth therefore requires human freedom from the bondage and slavery that is the world of Ekwensu; and thus the Ekwueme Quest for Truth is the actual meaning of the devotion of purpose to the Supreme Principle of EKUMEKU. What is called worship is the devotion of purpose to Pure Thought, in the practical sense of the word, according to the world view of EKUMEKU, and should be understood as the Ekwueme Quest for Truth in all things.

As we celebrate the 27th New Year of Nzoputa Uwa, we should know that we are celebrating the 27 years of an organized and continuous system of our Quest for Truth. Within these 26 years, our search for the Truth has opened many doors and has also closed many doors of ignorance, falsehood and deception. Humanity as a whole have benefitted from our Quest for Truth, directly or indirectly, for the mission of Nzoputa Uwa is the liberation of the human spirit from its agreement with Nsi. It has been a revolution of ideas and so many people presently have been awakened to the Truth because of our Quest for Truth. There are some people in their thousands, if not in their millions, who have now realized that what they were conditioned to believe and accept were based on ignorance, falsehood and deception. We have opened the mighty door of Truth and the entire humanity is benefiting from the New World Order of Ekumeku. We have done this not by our own power but instead by the Almighty Spirit of EKUMEKU. Our Quest for Truth exists in the wholeness of eternity to displace ISFET and restore MAAT as the dominant consciousness in the universe. We have demolished the House of ISFET and we are (re)building the House of MAAT in this eternal Quest for Truth.
